For the news report “MJIB’s investigation over the cases of minehunter vessel and Keelung NMMST (National Museum of Marine Science and Technology) with a legal search of southern division in Ching-Fu Corporate”, Navy HQ indicated (9th) that Kaohsiung Prosecutor Agency despatched personnel to the building of Ching-Fu Corporate for search and interview. It was its hope to clarify the inquiries raised by news media earlier.

Navy HQ addressed that it would keep up to date with the prosecutor and if any violation of law and contract were valid Navy would orderly terminate the contract and request for compensation by legitimacy to protect the rights.
